Appointed Agent
All the alleged infringement queries and claims will be notified to our appointed agent, who shall follow the procedures outlined on this page and the DCMA in sending the complaints to the appropriate infringers on time.
DMCA Notice Requirements
An electronic or physical signature of the copyright holder or his/her representative.
Identification of the copyrighted works claimed to have been infringed;
Identification of the material you claim is infringing and that you want to be removed or access to which you want disabled and the URL or other location of that material;
Sufficient information, including your name, title (if there is a representative), address, telephone number, and email address;
The statement - "I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as a fair use)."
The statement - "I hereby state that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of, the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed."
Failure to include all of the above information may delay the processing or the DCMA notification.
DMCA Counter-Notice Requirements
Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled by mistake or a misidentification of the content;
An electronic or physical signature of the copyright holder or his/her representative.
Details including your name, title (if there is a representative), address, telephone number, and email address.
The following statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled";
The following statement: "I will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of such person";
Failure to include all of the above information may delay the processing or the DCMA notification.
Trademark Takedown Procedures
Please provide the following information if you want to report content on Slide Egg that you believe infringes your trademark:
Details of the original trademark, including a description if it's a logo.
The trademark registered country list.
The trademark's registration number (s).
A photocopy of the trademark registration certificate(s).
A declaration of the above details.
Repeat Infringers
Slide Egg may, under appropriate circumstances, terminate the authorization of users of our system or network who are repeat infringers.
